BILLY BEE HONEY GARLIC TERIYAKI SALMON - GREAT IN THE WOK

6 pcs Pink salmon slices;
1/2 cups Billy Bee Honey Teriyaki Sauce;
1/2 cup Billy Bee Honey Garlic Sauce;
2 tbsp Vinegar;
2 tbsp Soy Sauce;
1/4 tsp Salt;
1/8 tsp Black pepper - ground;
1 Red bell pepper, sliced;
1 Medium onion, chopped;
1 Garlic clove, crushed.

Mix all ingredients together, except the salmon. Place the salmon in a wok and cover with the mixture. Put wok on medium high heat. Boil for 5 minutes, cover. Turn salmon over and cover. Boil for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
Microwave method: Place apple in Pyrex dish, cover with lid or plastic wrap, microwave cook on high power for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. |
