BILLY BEE VEAL OR BEEF TERIYAKI IN THE WOK

Ingredients 1 Kg Veal or beef; 1/8 tsp Black pepper, ground;; 4 tbsp Billy Bee Honey Teriyaki Sauce; 1 Garlic clove, crushed; 4 tbsp Billy Bee Honey Garlic Sauce; 1 Red bell pepper; 4 tbsp Soya Sauce; 1 134g can Chestnuts; 1 tbsp White vinegar; 1 134g can Baby corn; 1 tbsp Wine vinegar; 1 Medium sweet onion, chopped; Juice of one lemon; 2 tbsp Corn starch; Pinch of salt.

Direction Wash and slice the beef or veal lengthwise 3.Set Aside.Mix Billy Bee Honey Garlic Sauce, Billy Bee Honey Teriyaki Sauce, soya sauce, white vinegar, wine vinegar, lemon, pinch of salt, and ground pepper.After marinading, add corn starch to mixture then cook in a wok over medium heat until beef or veal is cooked. Add the chestnuts, pepper, baby corn and sweet onion during the last 5 minutes.
