1/4 cup honey;
1 Tablespoon lemon juice;
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel;
2 cups fresh raspberries.
Makes 2 cups.

Combine honey, lemon juice and peel; mix well. Gently mix in raspberries.
Tip: One to two tablespoons orange or almond-flavored liqueur may be added to topping.
* Blackberries, blueberries or strawberries may be substituted. |
