4 large flour or whole wheat tortillas
1/4 cup honey;
1/4 cup prepared barbecue sauce;
1 can (16 oz.) black beans, drained;
2 cups packaged coleslaw mix;
1/2 pound smoked turkey breast, shredded;
(1-1/2 to 2 cups);
2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese (1/2 pound). Makes 4 servings.

Place tortillas on plate and microwave on high for 10 to 15 seconds or wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and warm for 10 to 15 minutes in 350ƒF oven. In small saucepan, heat honey and barbecue sauce until hot (do not boil). Place tortillas on plates and top evenly with beans, coleslaw mix, turkey and cheese. Drizzle each with 2 Tbsp. of sauce. |
