MIXED MELON SALAD

Ingredients 6 cups assorted melon balls, such as cantaloupe and honeydew. Dressing: 2/3 cup honey; 1/3 cup white wine vinegar with tarragon; 8 teaspoon ground ginger. Makes 6 servings.

Direction In a large bowl, combine dressing ingredients; mix until blended. Add melon balls; toss lightly to coat.
