GINGER PEACH SMOOTHIE

Ingredients 1 cup boiling water; 1 piece (about 2-inches) fresh ginger, peeled and crushed; 1/4 cup honey; 2 peaches, pitted and chopped; 1 pint peach sorbet; 1 Tablespoon lime juice. Makes 4 servings.

Direction In a small, heat-proof bowl, pour boiling water over ginger. Stir in honey; cool. Remove and discard ginger. In a blender or food processor, combine peaches, sorbet and lime juice. Process peach mixture, while adding honey-ginger syrup in a slow, steady stream. Process until smooth.
