HONEY-GLAZED CARROTS

Ingredients 3 cups sliced carrots; 1/4 cup honey; 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine; 2 teaspoons chopped parsley; 1-1/2 teaspoons mustard.Makes 4 servings.

Direction Steam or microwave carrots until crisp-tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, tossing to coat evenly.
